Fujin is reviving this tradition in Basel, because the restaurant itself, although fresh and modern in design, has little space and therefore only has a few tables where you don’t eat, but wait for your freshly prepared sushi. Which is not a tragedy, because the sushi is excellent! No wonder even the local Velo-Gourmet delivery service is happy to deliver the coveted rolls directly to your office.”
